Description:
Awarded a full tuition waiver for doctoral study at National Taiwan Normal University for a duration of three years. The scholarship initially covered the tuition fee for the first semester (NTD 58,842). However, this award was later replaced by the MOE Elite Scholarship Program. As a result, the tuition fee previously paid was fully refunded.
2024 – MOE Elite Scholarship Program

Grant Amount: NTD 25,000/month for 36 months
Description:
Awarded to international doctoral students who are also university lecturers or professors in eligible countries including Indonesia. This scholarship provides monthly funding which is allocated first for tuition and credit fees, with the remaining amount disbursed as a stipend to support living and study expenses. The scholarship supports recipients for up to three years, starting from the month the student begins their study program, and is subject to continuation based on enrollment status. This scholarship replaced the NTNU International Student Scholarship previously received.
